Hélène McIntyre

The family of Marie Hélène McIntyre (Durelle)wife of the late Donald McIntyre, are saddened to announce her passing on February 23, 2021 at Losier Hall in Miramichi, New Brunswick.

Hélène was born in Baie Sté Anne, New Brunswick on August 13, 1924 and was the daughter of Ernest Durelle and Olida (Robichaud) Durelle.

As well as her husband and parents Hélène was predeceased by her brothers, Placide, Alyer, Ernest, Yvon and sisters Aurella, Corinne, and Patricia.

Hélène is survived by four daughters: Irma McIntyre of Dieppe, NB, Merilda Kilpatrick of Miramichi, NB, Geneva McIntyre of Montréal, QC, Mary McIntyre (Aldore) of Baie Sté Anne, NB and two sons: Arnold McIntyre (Geraldine) Miramichi, NB, and Roger McIntyre (Christianne) of Baie Sté Anne, NB, one brother: Eloie Durelle, of Hardwicke, NB and one sister Lucienne Durelle, of Montréal, QC as well as 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of the Christian burial Will be celebrated on March 11, 2021 at 2 PM at Saint Anne Roman Catholic church in Baie Ste Anne, New Brunswick.

Funeral attendance will be private due to Covid-19 restrictions.
