Baie-Ste-Anne- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Aurelia Manuel, who passed away peacefully at the Miramichi Hospital on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, at the age of 86. Born on February 25, 1936 in Baie-Ste-Anne, she was the wife of the late Arthur Manuel, and daughter of the late Sam Mazerolle, and Grace Martin.
She is survived by six daughters: Rosella Martin of Dieppe; Geraldine Guyatt (Paul) of Ontario; Alice (Willy) Manuel of Baie-Ste-Anne; Marcella Manuel of Black River; Cordelia (Guy) Sippley of Baie-Ste-Anne; and Carmelle Manuel of Baie-Ste-Anne. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Arthur Manuel, her father Sam Mazerolle, her mother Grace Martin, a grandson John Ryan Murdock, a sister Dorina Manuel, and two brothers: Regis Mazerolle and Antoine (Kenny) Mazerolle.
The family would like to warmly thank the staff of the Residence “La Belle Vie” in Baie-Ste-Anne, and 4 East/Soins Pallatifs of the Miramichi Regional Hospital, for their excellent care offered to our mother.
The family will receive relatives, and friends from 2:00-4:00p.m. on Friday, August 5 at the Sister Blondine Salon in Baie-Ste-Anne. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 5th at 4:00p.m.
