Ade Martin, born in Baie Ste-Anne NB, May 4 1945, passed away with his family by his side at the palliative care unit of the Miramichi Hospital on June 6, 2022.
Ade was predeceased by his loving wife, Margaret Martin (Jimmo); his daughter Julie Ann Martin; his parents, Eloi and Aurella Martin; Brother, Placid Martin; and sister, Patricia Martin.
He is survived by his daughter Sheila Girouard (Raymond) of Moncton, his son James Martin (Annik) of Bay du Vin, his loving long term life partner, Diane Barrieau, whom he spent the last 11 years with. His grandchildren: Nathan, Juliane, Zachary, Kimberly, and Derek. His great-grandchildren: Kaelin, and Cohen. Brothers, and sisters: Ernest, Lucy, Merina, Eloi Junior (Hank), Alida, Basil, and Roger. Also his extended family: Louis, Lisa, Leo, and Laurie. And many lifelong friends, and acquaintances.
Ade was a happy-go-lucky man who enjoyed life, and the many people he met on life's journey.
