Roberte (Bobette) Martin

Roberte (Bobette) Martin of Baie Sainte-Anne, wife of the late Charles Martin, passed away at the Miramichi Hospital on December 12, 2021 at the age of 90.
Born on April 18, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Robert Gibbs and late Marie (Martin) Gibbs.
Roberte worked many years as a clerk at Edgar Martin’s General Store in Baie Ste Anne. When she passed away, she was a resident of Residence La Belle Vie. Roberte loved playing cards, listening to music, going for drives and visiting with family. She loved her family dearly. She enjoyed visiting them and sharing a good meal. Her favorite part of the meal was always desserts.
She leaves behind two sisters, Gloria Dugas (late Roger Dugas) and Marie -Alma Martin (late Edgar Martin) as well as a special niece Monique Martin. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Besides her late husband Charles, and her parents, Roberte is predeceased by her sister Simonne Mazerolle.
There will be no wake, and a funeral will take place at a later date at the Baie Ste-Anne Roman Catholic Church. Details will be provided at a later date.
