Lillian (Tottie) MacDonald

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillian (Tottie) MacDonald, of Miramichi Bay, whose death occurred on May 29th, 2021, at the age of 96.
She was the widow of the late Martin MacDonald.
Born in 1924, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mabel Cripps of Chatham N.B.
She leaves to mourn her children: John MacDonald (Anne) of Redbank, Peggy Durelle (Rene) of Hardwicke, Colleen Craig (Steve) of Kingsclear, and Leisa Comeau (Keith) of Miramichi Bay.
Lillian was predeceased by: her daughter Patricia Clancy; six brothers: Archie, Clarence, Cecil, Frank, Earl, and Michael; and two sisters: Noreen Nowlan, and Molly Wilt of Miramichi. She is survived by one sister, Theresa Mann of Bathurst.
Lillian enjoyed spending her summers at her cottage, loved to play cards, and enjoyed birdwatching. She was Grandmother to 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Saint Michael's by the sea in Bayside, officiated by Father Arockia Dass Chinnappen. Due to COVID guidelines, the sevice will be by invitation only.
