Roger Manuel was the son of the late Edgar and Elizabeth (Robichaud) Manuel.
Roger is survived by his wife Tracy and daughter Megan, of Baie Sainte Anne, Brothers and Sisters: Lucien Manuel of Baie Sainte Anne, Marguerite Martin (Leonard) of Baie Sainte Anne, Therese Martin (Simion) of Baie Sainte Anne, Sylvain Manuel (Patricia) of Baie Sainte Anne, Maria Carroll (Eddie) of Napan, Catherine Carroll (Richard) of Baie Sainte Anne, Sylvia Manuel of Baie Sainte Anne, Edna Daigle (Edgar) of Pointe Sapin, Edgar Manuel (Ilene) of Baie Sainte Anne, and Fred Manuel (Tammy) of Baie Sainte Anne.
