Leo Vincent Flynn, 87, of Saint Margaret’s, NB, passed away on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital.
Born in Saint Margaret’s NB, the son of the late Patrick & Elizabeth (Sweeney) Flynn.
Leo is survived by his wife Lylla (Dickson) Flynn, sons Gerard Flynn of Miramichi, Dale Flynn (late Kim) of Saint Margaret’s, Kevin Flynn (Diane) of Saint Margaret’s, grandchildren: Neil, Mike, Joey, Rodney, Angela, Chelse. Great-grandchildren: Brayden, Chloe, Amber, Emily, Ryan, Randy, Calista.
Leo was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
Besides his parents Leo is predeceased by his baby daughter Mary, son Brian, great-grandchildren Ashley and Alicia, half sisters Mary and Annie, half brothers: Mark, Peter, Eddy, and Pat.
Leo Vincent Flynn is resting at Maher’s Funeral Home, 35 University Avenue, Miramichi, NB, on Friday July 5, 2019 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday July 6, 2019 at 10:30 am at Saint Margaret’s Roman Catholic Church, Saint Margaret's, NB, with Father John Fraser officiating.
