Joseph Raymond McGrath, 81, of Wellington Street Miramichi, passed away on Saturday February 16, 2019 at his residence.
Born in Loggieville, N.B. the son of the late Leo & Laura (Robichaud) McGrath.
He is survived by his wife Theresa (Richard) McGrath, daughters: Rose Marie Hubbard (Kendall) of McKinleyville, Debbie Hallihan of London ON, sons: Danny McGrath (Cathy) of Barrie ON, Raymond McGrath Jr. of Loggieville, Randy McGrath (Loreen) of Loggieville, grandchildren: Michelle (Todd), Tyler, Makayla, Joshua, Brandon, Dylan & Allie, and Adam, Bradley, and Shawn. great-grandchildren Briana and Cooper, great great-grandchild Maddox.
Raymond is also survived by his sister and brother: Marion Sweezey (Rollie) of Miramichi, Eldon McGrath (Judy) of Miramichi and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his sister Elsie and two infant sisters.
Joseph Raymond McGrath is resting at Maher’s Funeral Home, 35 University Avenue, Miramichi, NB, on Wednesday February 20, 2019 from 7 – 9 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am on Thursday February 21, 2019 at Saint Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church Loggieville, N.B.
