Gerald Joseph McIntyre, 71, of Baie Sainte-Anne, N.B. passed away on Saturday May 19, 2018 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital.
Born in Baie Sainte-Anne, N.B. the son of the late James and Yvonne (Thebeault) McIntyre. Gerald was a diamond driller by trade, he was loyal to his job and co-workers.
He is survived by his common law wife Anne Sippley of Baie Sainte-Anne, Daughter: Murielle McIntyre-Norris, son: Jimmie McIntyre (Cindy), grandchildren; Justin Norris and Sasha Lane McIntyre. He is also survived by his sisters; Eldora McIntyre (Eugene) of Madeline Island, Diane Manuel (Eldore), Doris Schofield (Jean-Marc), and Audrey Manuel all of Baie Sainte-Anne, one brother; Aurele McIntyre (Friend Rosalind) of Baie Sainte-Anne, and several nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by sister: Majella McIntyre and brother-in-law Gerald B. McIntyre.
At his request there will be no visitation at the slumberoom. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday May 23, 2018 at 4pm from St Anne Roman Catholic Church Baie Sainte-Anne with Fr Mario Doyle officiating.
