Marilee Clare (Carroll) Miller
Marilee (Lee) Passed away peacefully at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on April 7, 2018 surrounded by her family. Born August 12, 1960, she was the daughter of Marie (Daley) and the late Howard Carroll of Chatham.
Lee is survived by her son Jeffery, her daughter Christina and her 4 grandchildren Hailey, Dominik, Dakota and Merissa. She is also survived by brothers Brian (Sandra), Jack (Donna), Richard Robert (Francoise), Howie (Anne) and sisters Kathy (Michael) Connell, Peggy, Debbie (Anerd) MacDonald, Marilyn (Kevin) Harris, Joan, Stella Preston, and numerous nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her infant brother Michael, and her father Howard.
Lee loved family gatherings especially when they were in her honour. She also loved going out to bingo in her healthier years and playing cards. Despite her lengthy illness, Lee always had a smile on her face.
She resided at Eastside Special Care Home for the last 8 years. She was Roman Catholic by faith and a member of St. Michael's Basilica.
At Lee's request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday April 10, 2018 at 11am from St Michael's Basilica with Fr Paul Doucet officiating.
